A gust of wind blew on my face, and I closed my eyes, reveling in the cool weather that had finally arrived. It was not often that I traversed outside during my work day, yet that day was unique. This was the day that my new coworker was starting. I did not hear much about her, and knew even less. The only thing I knew was that her name was Ellen and she had just graduated with her second Master's degree a few months before. Myself and my coworkers were outside waiting to greet her. I checked my watch. Still ten minutes away from when she was scheduled to arrive.
