My proposal story... of sorts. | 2016

SHIT THIS IS [M/F] SORRY FORGOT TAG

If you have a story, I'd like to read it. Anything really.

My story starts in junior high, I move to a new city in grade 9 and I find some friends immediately, one of which is this beautiful girl. She was the one that this story is about/for.

It started at a 8 hour long metal fest with a death metal band first then a ensiferum copy band (well done, did some covers of ensiferum perfectly ad then played their own stuff), then a vikingish band then the band we showed up for, Korpiklanni.

It was held at a hall of a uni in town, $30 a head and there was maybe 40 there, most showed up for korpi and only a few were there just for a specific band then left haha. Fuck that was the best nights of my childhood life, I was 16. I remember the whole fucking night. I got free beers because my cousin was a bartender for the uni (I was introduced to korpi through a him like 5 days before the concert). When korpi got on the stage it was around 1am and since eleveitie didn't show they played for 5 hours straight (korpi and eleveitie were given two hours each with an hour of setup between (moving the previous bands shit out and moving in the next bands stuff) but will no eleveitie they just played their songs over and over a couple times, and then started taking fucking requests from the crowd. Like seriously that was fucking awesome then they started cracking out boxes of beers for people and tossed them into the crowd or sprayed the crowd. The long haired dude at 14:47 was spraying most of the crowd. It was mostly in drinking related songs [Let's Drink, Beer Beer, Happy Little Boozer, Wooden Pints] and I happened to be front row, keep in mind they are playing at this point, and he opens up a can and dumps it on my hair/head. Then he tosses me another one. I celebrate by pushing my way into the circle pit that formed and drank the beer in one gulp and being a big guy I join in and push around.

At this point my friend who I almost begged to come with me was still over where I use to be, having fun like she always is, I get a glance of her, this is where I will attempt to describe her. She's hot, that one I've covered, she's about 5'2" (I'm just about 6), she has a very nice body, curvy in the right places (if I'm brutally honest, she has too big of boobs for her size, but size ain't a problem right?), great stomach, shes toned, short torso, great ass, round and the perfect amount of plumpness without being too much, long legs.

I brought her to this concert to try and have some fun and maybe do something after, not like drunken take advantage but make out or just ask out or something, anything really, I was stuck in friendzone for three years at that point, enough was enough haha. Well the korpi long haired band member notices we came together when she pulls me out of the mosh pit as the song ends and up a set of stairs. We stand even with the band now as the singer asked and yells out something like "HEY! WHERE THE FUCK ARE YOU GOING?", we ignored it as I assumed it wasn't toward us [he was loud](could have been for a tech to get him some water or something) they abruptly stop playing the next songs intro right as she yells back, "TO FUCK!" nobody in the hall didn't hear that. Everyone looks back at us, we are past the guards and they even turn to see us. I was in shock, I was fully not expecting that at all, I just stare at her and see her smile as I make one myself. The singers motions are funny to recall now, he seemed to literally step back like that was too much to take in as he said shockingly "Woah, oh fuck! Okay then, shit women!" then it went silent for a moment and I semi freak out and just pick her up and ran for the hills (bathroom). The band then start the song again, the bathroom wall is one of the walls for the hall so the band was making the walls vibrate some, she was up against the wall so she vibrated and thus so did. That was the single best moment of my sex life as a teen. The song they played was Shaman Drum, it was muffled but the start of the song I distinctive remember because the guitar is what vibrated the wall, so I timed what I was doing to match. Needless to say, we came back into the hall in mid song so they hopefully wouldn't announce our return or some shit. They kept playing and we just rejoined the crowd, she was now regretting announcing it as the crowd noticed we we're back and let us dance together in the middle of the circle pit, they just ran around us, nobody tried to push us. It was fucking awesomely romantic even with the background of people going nuts to Beer Beer. Then Old Tale started playing. That was when I truly knew I had fell in love with her. I zoned out and we had a makeout session. Then what seemed like hours later, but more precise would be a minute and about 30 seconds when the singer yelled "GO" and the song really started. I had a ring in my pocket, it was just a ring I own of mine, it's fairly plain. In the spur of the moment I grab it out when there is a lull in the song, get on one knee. I was serious, she said yes.

We have been together ever since.
